Concrete repair, done right
Concrete repair in Lake Elsinore
We repair concrete in Lake Elsinore for homes and businesses: cracks, sunken slabs, flaking and worn surfaces, and replacement where a repair will not last.
That covers crack repair, resurfacing, slab leveling, joint repair and structural restoration. Repair work fixes cracks and holes, the flaking the trade calls “spalling”, chipping, stains, uneven surfaces and worn finishes, so a slab can often be saved rather than torn out.
When a slab is too far gone, we say so, and we quote the replacement instead.
Our concrete repair services
We offer ten concrete services, each in a card below with a link to its own page.
-
Lifts sunken slabs

Concrete leveling
A sunken or uneven slab is lifted back to level by filling the void underneath it, so the walk, patio or driveway you have stays in place. The trade calls it “slabjacking” when slurry does the lifting and “polyjacking” when foam does.
-

Concrete resurfacing
Sound but worn concrete gets a bonded “overlay”, a thin new layer over the old slab, instead of a tear-out. It suits concrete that is solid underneath but looks old and tired.
-

Driveway repair and replacement
We repair driveway cracks, and we tear out and pour new the driveways that are too far gone. Large shifting areas or damage spread across the whole slab usually call for the new driveway.
-

Sidewalk repair
Raised, cracked and sunken walks are patched, leveled or replaced, because cracked and uneven concrete is a trip-and-fall hazard before it is anything else.
-

Concrete patios
Cracked patios are repaired, and new patio slabs are poured in the finish you choose. Replacement makes sense when you want to change the layout or make the patio bigger.
-

Stamped concrete
Stamped patios, walks and driveways are poured new, and faded stamped concrete is restored and resealed: the surface is pressure washed, left to dry and rolled with sealer.
-

Concrete slabs and pads
Slabs and pads are poured on a compacted base with a vapor barrier and reinforcement, so the slab has something solid under it and stays where we put it.
-

Garage floor coating
Garage floors are diamond ground to take off dirt, oil and stains, crack repaired, and then coated with epoxy or polyurea so the finish bonds and stays down.
-

Pool deck resurfacing
Cracked, worn or hot pool decks are repaired and resurfaced with a cool-deck coating or overlay. “Kool Deck” is the polymer cement overlay that lowers the heat and adds grip.
-

New concrete and replacement
When a repair will not last, we tear out the failed concrete and pour new, and we pour new concrete where there was none. Replacement is the better choice then, and we quote it as the whole job before we start.
From first look to clean-up
How a concrete repair job runs
Every repair runs the same five steps, from the first look at the slab to the final clean-up, whether it is a cracked walk or a sunken driveway.
- Evaluate the slab
A repair starts with a look at the cracks, the settling, any spalling and the drainage, because where the water goes is often part of why the slab failed.
- Remove what is loose
Loose or failing material comes out when it needs to, so the repair bonds to sound concrete and not to crumbs.
- Repair or replace the damage
Cracks and holes get filled, broken sections get cut out and rebuilt, and the slab ends up stable underfoot.
- Match the finish
The repair is finished to match the texture and finish you already have as closely as possible.
- Clean up and hand it back
The job ends with a final clean-up so the area is usable the day we leave.
Most concrete repairs take a few hours to two days, depending on size and severity. The Concrete Network covers the same evaluation, patching, resurfacing and leveling steps in more detail.
Straight talk on cost
What sets the price of a concrete repair
Every slab fails in its own way, so we quote each job after we have seen it. These are the things that move the price the most.
How bad the damage is
The cost of fixing or replacing a slab depends on how severe the damage is. Patching minor cracks and holes is the cheap end; a heaved, broken driveway is the other end.
Repair, resurface or replace
Repair usually costs much less than full replacement, especially when the damage is local or cosmetic, and leveling a sunken slab costs far less than tearing it out and pouring new.
Prep, access and finish
Whether old concrete has to come out first, how much excavation and leveling the site needs, how easy it is to reach, and the finish you choose all change the final price.
Free, no-obligation estimates. The exact figure comes from seeing the slab, never from a guess over the phone.
